Feed mixer WIR-4000 DUO

Feed mixer WIR-4000 DUO is a professional horizontal mixer designed for preparing homogeneous feed mixtures, grain components and other bulk, moist and sticky materials. Thanks to its working capacity of 4000 liters, the machine is perfectly suited for large farms and feed production plants.

The mixer design enables precise mixing of ground grains, flour, feed additives, spices, chopped straw, hay and many other components. One cycle lasts from 5 to 15 minutes, which allows 3 to 6 full working cycles to be completed within an hour.

The WIR-4000 DUO model is equipped with two discharge augers, thanks to which the finished mixture can be simultaneously conveyed to two pellet mills or divided into two independent production directions. This solution significantly increases the efficiency of the entire technological line and facilitates the organization of the production process.

The body of the machine is made of durable tool steel protected with Hammerite hammer finish paint, ensuring high resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion. During manual loading, in the version without a cyclone, the upper cover can be opened completely. It consists of a large main cover and an inspection hatch enabling convenient pouring of raw material directly from bags.

After applying optional nozzles, the mixer also enables dosing of liquid ingredients during the mixing process. The machine can be equipped with a weighing system and work with screw conveyors, grinders and pellet mills.
