Frame-plate filter FPR-32 for the purification of vegetable oils is an efficient device intended for the filtration of vegetable oils at the stage of their purification after the pressing process. Thanks to the use of 32 filter plates, the FPR-32 model offers a larger filtration area than smaller models from this series, which allows the operating cycle to be extended and the amount of purified oil to be increased without reducing filtration efficiency. The device is used both in oil pressing plants and in plants involved in the processing of oilseed crops.

Construction and filtration process

The filter operates based on proven frame-plate filtration technology. Oil pumped by the pump flows through the system of plates and filter cloths of the "belting" type, where all mechanical impurities are retained. The purified product then goes to the receiving tank, while the sediments remain on the surface of the filter material.

The filter elements are made of food-grade polypropylene resistant to the effects of vegetable oils. The plates are pressed by a manual screw mechanism, which ensures the tightness of the entire system during operation. The filter is equipped with a NOVAX 25 Oil pump, intended for the transfer of edible oils.

The device can work with food-grade drums with a capacity from 1000 liters. At the customer's request, it is possible to prepare a set with other tanks adapted to the production requirements.
