Seed calibrator – application

The calibrator is designed for cleaning seeds of various species from stones, metal elements, sand, dust, and other light foreign matter. For producers operating long-term in the vegetable oil sector, it represents a key stage in raw material preparation because it extends the service life of oil presses, increases yield, and improves the quality of the oil obtained.

The device works particularly well for cleaning sunflower seeds. It effectively separates sticks and contaminants, then calibrates the material by size: light fractions are removed on the top sieve, heavier impurities are separated on the first sieve, and the final size selection is done on the two bottom sieves.
