Grain calibrator KZ-MINI

KZ-MINI Grain Calibrator is a compact yet efficient device designed for cleaning, sorting, and precise calibration of grains and seed material. The installation is suitable for processing cereals, legumes, oilseeds, feed materials, and other bulk materials.

The machine effectively removes dust, light impurities, and waste, and also separates the material into fractions by size and specific weight. Thanks to its compact dimensions, KZ-MINI can be successfully used on farms, in small processing plants, and at seed material preparation points.

Main Features

The KZ-MINI is equipped with two electric motors:

• Vibrating table: 110 W
• Air separation system: 150 W

The combination of mechanical vibrations with a controlled airflow provides a capacity of up to 300 kg/h, depending on the moisture and contamination level of the raw material.

The cleaning process is carried out thanks to the air-blowing system that removes light fractions and dust, as well as the two-level sieve system:

• Upper sieveseparates larger impurities and directs them through a separate channel
• Lower sieveeliminates fine residues, ensuring high calibration accuracy
