Grain cleaning and sorting line CSZ-1

CSZ-1 Grain Cleaning and Sorting Line is a complete technological system designed to work with sunflower seeds, soybeans, and other oilseeds.

The operation of the CSZ-1 grain cleaning and sorting line covers all stages of raw material preparation: cleaning, sizing, dehulling, and fraction separation.

The CSZ-1 machine set is dedicated for use in oil mills that aim to maximize processing efficiency and increase oil yield by up to 15–20%. Using CSZ also increases the nutritional and commercial value of the finished press cake.

Process flow

1. Raw material loading is performed via the PE-6 screw conveyor with an adjustable feed rate tailored to the material type.
2. Calibrator KZ-500 removes all contaminants: stones, stalks, soil, sand, metal, and dust. Its screen-based grading system also enables sorting seeds according to their further use, e.g., as planting material.
3. Dehuller OS-500 dehulls the seeds and precisely separates hulls from kernels through vibration and airflow provided by the SO-2 system.
4. Extraction System SO-2 not only improves process quality but also makes it possible to convert hulls into biofuel feedstock.
5. Final fractions are directed into separate bags using adjustable holders, enabling further sorting and sale.
