Grain cleaning machine MC-500 with Conveyor PK-100 is a compact set designed for efficient cleaning and transport of cereals, legumes, and seed material. The combination of the MC-500 air separator with the PK-100 belt conveyor makes it possible to automate the raw material feeding process, increase work efficiency, and reduce material losses.

The set takes up little space and can be easily integrated with existing technological lines. Low energy consumption, simple operation, and robust construction make the machine perfectly suitable for farms, collection points, mini grain elevators, and facilities preparing seed material.

Principle of operation

The raw material is fed by means of the PK-100 conveyor into the feed hopper of the MC-500 separator. The material then enters the separation chamber, where it is evenly distributed across the entire width of the machine.

A strong air stream separates the individual fractions according to mass and aerodynamic properties. Heavy impurities, stones, and other foreign bodies fall into the first fraction. The cleaned grain is directed to the next outlet, while light impurities, broken grains, chaff, and dust are discharged with the air flow.

Thanks to this process, it is possible both to preliminarily clean grain before storage and to prepare high-quality seed material with high germination capacity.
