Grain Drying Complex KSZ-18

Grain Drying Complex KSZ-18 is a modern set of equipment designed for effective drying of grains and oilseeds. It combines a mobile grain dryer ZBS-18 and a GC-2000 heat generator, creating an independent system that makes it possible to reduce grain moisture to a level ensuring its safe and long-term storage. The solution was developed for farms, collection points, and enterprises that want to become independent from external services and independently control the entire drying process.

The complex is intended for drying such raw materials as:

• wheat
• corn
• sunflower
• other grains and oilseeds

Thanks to the use of batch drying technology with recirculation, it is possible to remove moisture evenly from the entire volume of the material without deterioration of its quality.

Components of the KSZ-18 complex

The grain drying complex consists of the following equipment:

• mobile grain dryer ZBS-18
• heat generator GC-2000
• grain feeding and recirculation system
• air supply fans
• control cabinet

Operating principle

The grain enters the drying chamber, where it is subjected to the action of hot air generated by the GC-2000 heat generator. The built-in recirculation system continuously mixes the material, thanks to which each batch of grain is dried evenly.

After reaching the set moisture content, the material can be automatically cooled or unloaded for further storage. This operating method makes it possible to reduce the risk of grain overheating and maintain its high quality.
