Grain Waste Pelletizing Line LGO-2500 has been designed for the efficient processing of agricultural and wood waste into fuel or feed pellets.

The core machine of the production line is the GT-520D ring die pellet mill, designed to process demanding raw materials, including grain cleaning waste, sunflower processing residues, and wood waste. The line provides a capacity of up to 2.5 t/h when processing agricultural waste and up to 1.7 t/h when processing wood waste.

The technological process begins with feeding the raw material into the GTDRM hammer mill, where it is crushed and prepared for pelletizing. The material is then transferred to the GT-520D ring die pellet mill, where pressure and temperature form pellets with the required structure and density.

After leaving the pellet mill, the pellets are transported by conveyor to the GTO-10x14 cooler. Inside the cooler, the pellet temperature is reduced and their structure is stabilized, giving the final product the required mechanical strength. The pellets are then conveyed to a screening unit, where the finished product is separated from fines and dust. The cleaned pellets are subsequently transported to the finished product storage area.

The production line is equipped with an automated control system that ensures stable and continuous 24/7 operation. The automation system enables full control of the technological process, synchronization of all machines, and increased operational safety.

The equipment used is characterized by a high safety margin, reliable operation, and the ability to process difficult and non-standard raw materials. The line can be used both for the production of fuel pellets and, after appropriate technological adjustments, for the production of pelleted feed.
