Feed and Pellet Granulator GMK-260

The GMK-260 granulator by TechnoMaszBud is a professional machine for the production of pelleted animal feed and fuel pellets. Thanks to its robust design, high performance, and interchangeable dies, it is an excellent choice for farms, livestock operations, and biofuel producers.

The machine enables pelleting of:
• ready compound feed mixes for various animal species (poultry, fish, cattle, etc.)

GMK-260 is suitable both for feeding animals (hens, broilers, rabbits, pigs, turkeys, cattle, fish) and for producing pellets intended for combustion in coal-fired boilers. The initial raw material for processing in the GMK-260 granulator should have a moisture content of up to 15%.

Thanks to a 259 mm-diameter die, available with holes from 2 mm to 8 mm (to choose from), the pellet can be tailored to the needs of different animal species or preferred fuel purposes.

The GMK-260 granulator is intended for the professional production of pelleted feed and fuel pellets. Thanks to easy die changes, the machine can be quickly adapted to the needs of different animal species or fuel types. A 1500 rpm motor drives the die via pulleys and a shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the feed through the die holes.

The granulator is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel, with hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm available.
