Pelletnik-150 Granulator is a compact machine for home or semi-professional production of pellets and feed. It’s ideal for small farms, workshops, and home-based production facilities. Its simple design and small dimensions make it easy to position, operate, and transport.

The machine processes raw materials such as:

• sawdust,
• hay and straw,
• ground leaves,
• sunflower husk waste.

The pellet mill works effectively with raw materials with a particle size up to 5 mm and moisture content up to 14%.

The model is equipped with a 4 kW flange-mounted motor which—thanks to speed reduction—generates increased torque, ensuring efficient pellet production. The machine uses a belt drive that serves as a simple reducer.

Additionally:

• available in single-phase (230 V) or three-phase (400 V) versions,
• optional kit with an additional pulley to increase output when producing feed (up to 100 kg/h).

Grease in the roller bearings should be replenished regularly—the granulator is equipped with lubrication points (grease nipples) accessible from the outside. It is recommended to change the oil when the rollers are warm. A 1000 rpm motor drives the die via pulleys and a shaft. The rollers, pressed against the die, force the material into the die holes. The granulator is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel, with holes from 2 to 8 mm to choose from.
