The PELLETNIK-200 Pellet Mill / Pelletizer is an efficient and versatile machine that enables the production of heating pellets and granulated animal feed. In addition, it is an excellent pelletizer for fertilizers, straw, and other biomass.

It allows processing of raw materials such as:

• wood sawdust
• straw
• feed mixes based on cereals, alfalfa, and soy
• sunflower residues

With this device, you can produce feed pellets for:
• hens, broilers, quail
• rabbits, pigs, goats, cattle
• fish and other farmed animals

The PELLETNIK-200 also works well as a pellet mill for heating pellets, enabling the production of eco-friendly fuel for boilers and stoves. With the option to choose the die hole diameter (from 2 to 8 mm), the user can adjust the pellet size to their individual needs.

Applications of the pelletizer

The PELLETNIK-200 pelletizer is suitable for farms, small processing plants, and private users producing heating pellets and granulated feed. The machine enables efficient and economical processing of various raw materials into a valuable product suitable for a wide range of livestock as well as an eco-friendly solid fuel. A 750 rpm motor drives the die via pulleys and a shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the raw material into the die holes. The pelletizer is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm to choose from.
