PRIME-150 pellet mill / granulator is a compact and efficient machine designed for pelleting animal feed and fuel pellet production.

PRIME-150 pellet production machine is equipped with a 4 kW motor with a belt drive. This ensures a small footprint, high efficiency, strong power even under load, and easy operation and disassembly.

The PRIME-150 biomass granulator with a 150 mm die enables efficient processing of various types of biomass: hardwood sawdust, softwood sawdust, straw, hay, seed hulls, bran, as well as various feed mixes.

Rollers with grease nipples for bearing lubrication significantly increase the service life of the granulator/pellet mill and allow operation with very hard wood species.

Applications of the PRIME-150 pellet mill

The PRIME-150 granulator is a well-designed technological solution for farmers, livestock breeders and small businesses in the biofuel sector. The ease of operation and compact size of the PRIME-150 biomass pelleting press make this pellet mill suitable for home, farm and commercial use. A 1500 rpm motor drives the die via a gearbox and shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the material through the die holes. The granulator is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm to choose from.
