PRIME-200 pellet mill / granulator is a compact and efficient machine designed for pelletizing animal feed and fuel pellets.
PRIME-200 pellet production machine is equipped with an 11 kW motor and rotating rollers that ensure high pelletizing efficiency with various raw materials.

The design guarantees durability, high power even under load, and easy operation and maintenance.

PRIME-200 biomass granulator with a 216 mm die allows efficient processing of various types of biomass: hardwood and softwood sawdust, straw, hay, sunflower hulls, grain waste, as well as feed mixes and selected plastics (e.g., PVC, PP).

Thanks to the rotating rollers, it is also possible to pelletize more difficult, hard materials, which makes the PRIME-200 pellet and feed granulator a universal and very robust machine.

The PRIME-200 granulator is an excellent solution for farmers, animal breeders, sawmills and small and medium-sized companies in the biomass processing sector.

Thanks to its high output and powerful motor, it is suitable for producing both feed and fuel pellets. The ease of operation and the wide range of processable raw materials make the PRIME-200 pellet press a reliable machine for both farm and commercial use. A 1500 rpm motor drives the rollers via a gearbox and shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the material through the die holes. The granulator is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with holes from 2 to 8 mm to choose from.
