Granulator / Pellet mill PRIME-300

PRIME-300 feed pellet machine/granulator designed for pelleting sawdust, hay, straw, herbs, feed and is a part of the LDG-3000 KOMBI

and LDG-3000 MAX lines.

Thanks to the efficient engine of the PRIME-300 granulator and two movable rollers, this machine processes not only coniferous sawdust,

but also hardwood sawdust. Because most pellets are made of pine sawdust with a high content of a special adhesive substance - lignin,

which makes pelleting much easier. There is practically no lignin in hardwood species, but the PRIME-300 pellet mill produces high pressure,

under the influence of which sawdust of hardwood species is also pelleted.

In addition, the PRIME-300 pellet machine processes feed for rabbits, hens, chickens, broilers, pigs, cows and quails.

The PRIME-300 pellet production machine can pellet the following types of raw materials:

- sawdust of coniferous trees;

- sawdust of deciduous trees;

- sunflower husk, straw, hay, grass;

- feed mixtures;

- plastics (polypropylene, bags, film).

Efficiency:

Mixed feed – up to 700 kg/h;

Sawdust – up to 300 kg/h;

Straw / Hay - up to 250 kg/h;

Sunflower husk - up to 300 kg/h;

Grain waste - up to 350 kg/h.

Advantages of PRIME-300 granulator:

- approx. matrix consumption: avg. 70 tons (regeneration possible after use);

- material from which the matrices and rollers are made: 40 x hardened steel, 55 HRC.

Another advantage of the PRIME-200 granulator is the ability to granulate animal feed, fuel pellets from hay, straw and grain waste. You just

need to have a few additional matrices specially selected for feed, for pellets from coniferous and deciduous trees.

We also offer a PS-200 screw feeder for smooth feeding of raw material. The tank capacity is over 0.2 m3. The feeding speed is regulated by

an inverter.

The set includes a control panel with an ammeter and motor thermal protection.

The power cable is not included in the set.
