The PRIME-300 pelletizer / granulator is a reliable and efficient machine designed for producing pelletized animal feed and biomass fuel pellets.

The PRIME-300 pellet production machine is equipped with a 22 kW motor and two moving Ø 148 mm rollers that ensure high granulation efficiency for various raw materials.

The design guarantees durability, high power even under load, and simple operation and maintenance.

The PRIME-300 biomass granulator with a 300 mm die enables efficient processing of various types of biomass: hardwood sawdust, softwood sawdust, straw, hay, herbs, sunflower husks, grain by-products, as well as various feed mixes and selected plastics (e.g., PVC, PP).

Thanks to the moving rollers, it is also possible to granulate more difficult, hard materials, which makes the PRIME-300 granulator a universal and very robust machine for producing pellets and feed.

The PRIME-300 granulator is a well-designed technological solution for farmers, animal breeders, sawmills/woodworking plants and small and medium-sized businesses in the biofuels sector.

The high throughput and powerful motor of the PRIME-300 pellet-making machine make it suitable for professional pellet production from biomass and pelletized feed production. The 1500 rpm motor drives the rollers via a gearbox and shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the material through the die holes. The granulator is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with hole sizes from 2 to 8 mm to choose from.
