PRIME-300 pellet mill / granulator for feed is a reliable and efficient machine designed for the production of pelleted feed for livestock. This granulator differs from the standard PRIME-300 model by using an increased power motor of 30 kW. The motor runs at 3000 rpm, which increases the rotation speed of the rollers in the granulator. As a result, the machine’s performance with light raw materials increases significantly, especially when producing concentrated feeds.

The PRIME-300 feed production machine is equipped with a 30 kW motor and two movable rollers Ø 148 mm, ensuring high efficiency when pelleting various feed components.

The design guarantees durability, high power even under load, and simple operation and maintenance.

PRIME-300 feed granulator with a die diameter of 300 mm enables efficient pelleting of raw materials such as feed mixes, hay, straw, herbs and sunflower husks.

Thanks to the movable rollers, it is also possible to process more difficult and demanding raw materials, making the PRIME-300 pelleted feed production machine a universal and robust press for producing high-quality pelleted feeds.
