PRIME-400 Pellet Mill / Granulator is a professional pellet production machine and feed. This model is the latest device in the PRIME series, with a 37 kW motor and enlarged Ø 210 mm rollers.

PRIME-400 pellet machine enables efficient production of granulated feed and fuel pellets, using grain and grass mixes, straw, hay, softwood and hardwood sawdust, sunflower husk, and woodworking waste. It also processes feed mixtures (including bran), meal, plastics (PP, PVC), and herbs and other plant materials.

The PRIME‑400 granulator comes with a Ø 400 mm die with selectable hole diameters of 2–8 mm and an adjustable cutter, allowing pellet lengths from 2 to 60 mm.

The pellet mill can be used as a standalone unit or as a module in lines LDG‑4000 KOMBI and LDG‑4000 MAX+. It stands out for high power and durability, enabling continuous operation for 16 hours (two shifts).

The set includes a control panel with ammeter and motor thermal protection.

Optionally, you can add a variable-speed screw feeder screw feeder with adjustable speed for precise dosing of raw material into the granulator. We offer both complete pellet production lines and individual working components and spare parts.

Applications of the PRIME-400 pellet mill

PRIME-400 granulator is an ideal solution for those seeking an efficient and versatile pellet production machine and granulated feed.

It is used in biomass industry plants, farms, feed mills, sawmills, and small and medium-sized enterprises producing fuel or feed pellets. A 1500 rpm motor drives the rollers via a gearbox and shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the material through the die holes. The granulator is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with selectable holes from 2 to 8 mm.
