PRIME-400 Pellet Mill - the latest and most powerful granulator in the PRIME series. You have the opportunity to test the pelletizing of your raw material on this mill at our warehouse!

A new model, the PRIME-400, has appeared in the series of powerful industrial granulators, featuring a 37 kW motor and enlarged rollers with a diameter of 210mm. This device solves the problem of producing granulated feed and heating pellets. Grain or grass mixtures, waste generated during harvesting, such as straw, hay, wood shavings from coniferous and deciduous trees, seed husks, grain waste, and others can be used as raw materials.

The PRIME-400 granulator allows for the production of pellets from any type of raw material. The device comes with a matrix with a diameter of 400 mm and hole sizes ranging from 2 to 8 mm (to choose from), as well as a built-in adjustable cutter. The cutter controls the length of the produced pellets, which can range from 2 to 60 mm.

The mill can be used as a standalone device or as a component in the granulation and pellet production lines LDG-4000 KOMBI, LDG-4000 MAX, LDG-4000 MAX+. The pellet production machine stands out for its high power and durability, allowing for continuous operation over two shifts (16 hours).

The pellet press is suitable for processing the following raw materials: 

• wood shavings, chips from coniferous and deciduous trees,
• waste from woodworking production,
• grain waste,

The three-phase motor with a power of 37 kW is characterized by high efficiency and can operate continuously for 16 hours or more. The frame made of hardened alloy steel has been specially designed to withstand continuous strong vibrations and high temperatures generated during operation.

• You can purchase a spiral feeder, which ensures precise feeding of raw material and allows adjustment of the speed of the mixture fed to the granulator.
