Granulator RTH-150

The capacity of the RTH-150 granulator is up to 100 kg/h. Matrix installed on a granulator with a diameter of 150 mm with holes from 2 mm to 8 mm

(depending on client's request). The length of the granules is regulated by a knife-cutter. The granulator processes bulk feed and feed

mixtures into granules.

Granules have a number of advantages over compound feed:

• all granules are the same shape and size;

• all granules have the same composition;

• there is minimal waste when using granules;

• the granulation process destroys up to 95% of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and parasites;

• high food absorption.

The granulator is suitable for producing feed for chickens, laying hens, rabbits, pigs, cattle, horses, fish and other animals. One granulator is

enough to produce granules for various animals, you just need to have appropriate matrices for the needs of different animals. The set

includes one matrix, but you can additionally buy more matrices with different hole widths.

Example composition of feed for rabbits:

The granules contain cereals, post-extraction meals, dried grass, meadow hay and legume hay, as well as mineral and vitamin additives and

coccidiostats (prevent the development of coccidiosis). The recommended size of granules is 10 mm in length and 3-4 mm in diameter.

By using granulate, you can see results in the animals' growth rate and feed usage. The rabbit consumes on average 3.5 kg of granulated

feed per 1 kg of growth.
