Hammer Mill MB-500

MB-500 Hammer Mill is a device designed for shredding grain, wood chips, sawdust, shells, and wood shavings. It is used to crush material to the required fraction before the pelleting process.

This model is the perfect addition to our production lines, such as the LDG-3000 (KOMBI) Granulation Line. It can also be successfully used as a standalone component.

The set includes 3 meters of corrugated pipe with a diameter of 127 mm and a tip for collecting raw material. If a cyclone is purchased with the set, we include 2.5 meters of corrugated pipe with a diameter of 160 mm. The additional equipment supports the shredding process and increases the machine's working efficiency.

Applications of the MB-500 Hammer Mill for Sawdust and Wood Chips

The MB-500 Wood Hammer Mill is mainly used for shredding wood chips, shavings, sawdust, and grain before the production of pellets, briquettes, feed, and other industrial products in the agricultural, wood, and energy industries.

It is versatile for use in both small and large production facilities. It performs excellently in various conditions and business scales.
