Impulse Heat Sealer ZW-500

ZW 500 Impulse Bag Sealer is an electric device designed for industrial sealing of packaging made from thermoplastic films, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), laminated paper, and other film materials with thickness from 10 to 100 microns. It is used in the packaging processes of loose, granulated, and small products into plastic bags.

The sealer allows for producing a flat and durable seal with a width of 3 mm and a length of up to 500 mm. The operating mode is set manually using a clear control panel dial— the user adjusts the impulse time depending on the type and thickness of the material, which allows for optimal seal quality.
