Operating principle

Fruit or vegetables are placed into the tank, where they are then shredded by the auger. Under the pressure of the rotating auger together with the mass of shredded material, juice is squeezed out in the nozzle, flows down the housing into a collection container, and the pulp waste is automatically removed through the central opening of the juicer.

The working parts of the juicer are made from food-grade aluminum with anti-corrosive properties, completely safe for human health. Working elements are produced from food-grade stainless steel and food-grade aluminum—they do not oxidize, are safe, and do not alter the taste or aroma of the juice.

For the production of high-quality single-variety apple juices, the following varieties are recommended: Sława Zwycięzcom, Pepinka Złocista, Płomienne, Florina, Idared, Hetmańskie, Jubilejne MIS.
Varieties such as: Golden Delicious Reinders, Delicja, Jonaweld, Białoruskie Słodkie, Gala Mast, Gloster, Rosawka are best used for the production of blended juices with other varieties.
