Jaw crusher BIZON-150 with diesel engine (with 1:2 gearbox) was designed with intensive operation in mind in places where full independence from the electrical grid is important. Thanks to the use of an efficient diesel engine, the machine performs excellently on construction sites, in recycling plants, and during field work requiring mobility and reliability.

Model BIZON-150 effectively crushes unreinforced concrete, rubble, brick, roof tile, stone, coal, and coke. The crushing mechanism based on a movable jaw driven by an eccentric shaft ensures even crushing of the material and high working efficiency while maintaining the durability of the working components.

Versions with petrol and electric drive are also available in the offer, allowing the user to choose the variant best suited to the working conditions. The version with a diesel engine stands out for its high torque and the possibility of long-term field operation without access to electric power.

Principle of operation

The diesel engine drives the eccentric shaft responsible for the movement of the working jaw. During operation, the material enters between the fixed and movable jaw, where it is crushed under pressure. After reaching the appropriate fraction, the material leaves the crushing chamber and is ready for further use or transport.

The key working elements – the jaws – are made, optionally, of grey cast iron EN-GJL-250 (standard, included in the set) or of high-manganese steel Mn18Cr2. These materials are characterised by high resistance to abrasion and impact. In the case of softer materials, such as brick or ceramics, the use of grey cast iron jaws is recommended. For crushing hard materials, such as fieldstone or granite, jaws made of high-manganese steel are recommended.
