Jaw crusher BIZON-300 with diesel engine 13 hp with 1:2 gear reducer is an efficient machine designed for crushing unreinforced concrete, construction debris, brick, ceramic materials, stone, coal and coke. Thanks to the use of a diesel engine and a large feed opening, this model performs excellently during intensive work on construction sites, in recycling plants and during road works.

The version with a diesel engine was created for users expecting full mobility and the possibility of working in places without access to electricity. The high torque of the engine combined with a gear reducer with a 1:2 ratio ensures stable operation even when crushing hard materials.

The BIZON-300 model is also available in petrol-powered and electric-powered versions. The diesel variant is an optimal solution wherever independence from electrical infrastructure and the possibility of many hours of work in the field are required.

Operating principle

The diesel engine drives the eccentric shaft, which sets the working jaw in motion. The material fed into the crushing chamber is crushed between the movable and fixed jaw. After reaching the appropriate fraction, the finished material leaves the working chamber, ensuring continuity of the crushing process.

The key working elements – jaws – are made, optionally, of EN-GJL-250 grey cast iron (standard, included in the set) or of Mn18Cr2 high-manganese steel. These materials are characterized by high resistance to abrasion and impact. In the case of softer materials, such as brick or ceramics, the use of grey cast iron jaws is recommended. For crushing hard materials, such as fieldstone or granite, jaws made of high-manganese steel are recommended.
