Jaw crusher BIZON-300 with gasoline engine

The Bizon-300-S crusher is a more powerful version in the Bizon jaw crusher series, designed for crushing concrete, stone, rubble and bricks. Thanks to its robust design and larger feed opening (300 × 200 mm), it offers higher performance and is ideal for more demanding applications. The Bizon-300 model is also available in an electric version, enabling quieter operation with zero exhaust emissions.

Operating principle

The jaw crusher is driven by a motor of your choice—either gasoline or electric. The movable jaw plate moves up and down via an eccentric shaft. The angle and gap between the fixed and movable jaw plates decrease as the movable plate descends—at that moment the material is crushed into pieces. The gap increases as the movable jaw rises. When the movable plate springs away from the fixed one, the crushed particles leave the crushing chamber.
