The Bizon-300-S crusher is a more powerful model from the Bizon jaw crusher series, designed for crushing concrete, stone, rubble, and bricks. Thanks to its robust construction and larger working opening (300 x 200 mm), it offers higher efficiency and is ideal for more demanding applications. The Bizon-300 model is also available in an electric version, enabling quieter operation with zero exhaust emissions.

Operating principle

The jaw crusher is powered by your choice of engine – it can be a petrol or electric motor. The moving jaw plate moves up and down using an eccentric shaft. The angle and distance between the fixed jaw plate and the moving plate decrease as the moving plate descends – at this point, the material is crushed into pieces. The distance increases as the moving jaw rises. When the moving plate springs away from the fixed plate, the crushed particles exit the working area.

The key working elements – jaws – are available, depending on your choice, in EN-GJL-250 gray cast iron (standard, included in the set) or Mn18Cr2 high-manganese steel. These materials are characterized by high resistance to abrasion and impacts. For softer materials, such as brick or ceramics, gray cast iron jaws are recommended. For crushing hard materials, such as fieldstone or granite, jaws made of high-manganese steel are recommended.
