Jaw crusher BIZON-450 with belt conveyor is an efficient set intended for crushing unreinforced concrete, bricks, construction rubble, ceramic materials, stone, coal and coke, with simultaneous automatic collection of the crushed material. The combination of a jaw crusher with a belt conveyor significantly improves work organization, increases the efficiency of the entire process, and reduces the need for manual removal of the output material.

The device is ideally suited for demolition work, recycling of construction waste, aggregate production, and in enterprises involved in processing mineral materials. Thanks to the large feed opening, it is possible to crush elements with dimensions up to 450 × 200 mm.

The model can be equipped with an 11 kW electric motor or an 18 hp gasoline engine, which makes it possible to adapt the device to the working conditions and available infrastructure. The integrated belt conveyor collects the material directly from under the crusher, ensuring smooth and continuous operation of the entire workstation.

If it is necessary to obtain a fraction below 50 mm, it is recommended to use two jaw crushers operating in one process line. The larger crusher performs the initial crushing of the material to a 50-80 mm fraction, while the second crusher makes it possible to obtain the required final fraction.

Operating principle

The material enters the crushing chamber, where the moving jaw driven by an eccentric shaft crushes it between the moving and fixed jaws. After the appropriate fraction is reached, the material is automatically collected by the belt conveyor, which transports it to a storage area, another process device, or a means of transport. This solution ensures process continuity and increases work comfort and safety.

Key working elements – jaws – are made, optionally, of gray cast iron EN-GJL-250 (standard, included in the set) or of high-manganese steel Mn18Cr2. These materials are characterized by high resistance to abrasion and impact. In the case of softer materials, such as brick or ceramics, it is recommended to use gray cast iron jaws. For crushing hard materials, such as fieldstone or granite, jaws made of high-manganese steel are recommended.
