Jaw crusher BIZON-450 with petrol engine

Bizon-450-S is the most efficient jaw crusher in the series, designed for effective crushing of large construction materials such as stone, concrete, brick, and rubble with a strength of up to 320 MPa. Thanks to its large feed opening, it can crush pieces up to 450 mm in size, making this model perfect for recycling and construction industry applications. The Bizon-450 model is also available in an electric version, allowing for quieter operation without exhaust emissions.

Unlike the smaller models in the BIZON series, this jaw crusher allows processing of stone with a larger fraction (up to 450 mm in length and up to 250 mm in height and width).

To obtain a fraction below 10 mm, we recommend setting two jaw crushers in a single technological line — the larger crusher pre-crushes the material to a 50–80 mm fraction, and the smaller one then grinds it down to the required, fine fraction.

Operating principle

The jaw crusher is powered by a motor of your choice — it can be either a gasoline or an electric motor. The moving plate/jaw moves up and down via an eccentric shaft. The angle and distance between the fixed plate/jaw and the moving one become smaller as the moving plate descends — this is when the material is crushed into pieces. The distance increases as the moving jaw rises. When the moving plate is pulled away from the stationary one by springs, the crushed particles exit the working area.
