Jaw set for jaw crusher BIZON is a set of replaceable working elements intended for jaw crushers of the BIZON series. The jaws are the basic element responsible for the material crushing process and are a natural wear part that becomes worn over time during intensive operation of the machine.

Regular replacement of the jaws allows high crushing capacity, the appropriate material fraction, and trouble-free operation of the crusher to be maintained. The use of new working elements improves process efficiency and limits excessive load on the remaining machine components.

The set is available in two material variants. The standard version consists of jaws made of grey cast iron EN-GJL-250, which perform very well during the crushing of materials of متوسط hardness, such as brick, ceramics or concrete. For the most demanding applications, jaws made of high-manganese steel Mn18Cr2 are also offered, distinguished by very high resistance to abrasion, impacts and intensive use. The manganese version is particularly recommended for crushing natural stone, granite and other hard mineral materials.
