LD-50 wood splitter with electric motor

LD-50 is a mobile, industrial log splitter designed for preparing firewood for home or industrial needs. Log splitter LD-50 enables quick, efficient and—above all—safe splitting of logs with a diameter of 500 mm and a height of 420 mm.

The machine uses a geared (inertial) system—using kinetic energy to split the wood along the grain.

The ram strikes the end of the log, which then cracks upon contact with the edge of the splitting wedge.

One strike lets you split a log into 2, 4, or more pieces—it depends on the installed wedge.

The LD-50 log splitter is powered by a 400 V, 4 kW electric motor.
