LGP-1000 Feed Production Line is a modern and highly efficient solution for companies involved in feed production as well as the production of pelleted animal feed. LGP-1000 is a complete line, equipped with all the necessary components to facilitate the production process - from raw material feeding, through grinding and mixing, to pelletizing and cooling the finished product. In addition, high-quality components and robust construction ensure long life and trouble-free operation even when using the feed production line in continuous mode.

Operating Principle

The process begins with the KRAFT-11 hammer mill, which grinds the grain and pneumatically feeds it into the MP-1000 feed mixer. Then, the mixer combines the ingredients into a homogeneous mass, which is transported by a conveyor controlled by a frequency inverter into the KORMOTEX-260 pellet mill. After the pellets are formed, the product is cooled and prepared for packaging.
All stages of operation are controlled from the central panel, enabling precise monitoring and automation of the production process.

• Throughput of about 650 kg/h, with the possibility of reaching up to 900 kg/h.
• Belt drive with 18.5 kW electric motor.
