Log Cutting Machine PCK-25

Log Cutting Machine PCK-25 is a stationary device designed for fast and safe cutting of wood logs into sections prepared for further processing. The machine is equipped with an integrated roller conveyor, which facilitates feeding heavy trunks and increases operator comfort.

Model PCK-25 can operate as a standalone wood cutting station or constitute an element of a complete firewood preparation line. It works perfectly with the Rollgang roller conveyor and the LD-50 wood splitter, creating an efficient set for cutting and splitting wood.

Operating principle

The log is placed on the integrated roller conveyor, which facilitates moving it to the cutting zone. The process takes place using a 25-inch guide bar and a chain saw driven by an electric motor. This solution ensures precise cutting and high efficiency during firewood preparation.

After cutting, the wood can be directed directly to the splitter or to the next transport stage, which makes it possible to significantly shorten the time of the entire production process.
