Loose Feed Production Line Agromix-4000

Loose Feed Production Line Agromix-4000 is a complete technological line designed for the production of high-quality feed mixtures for poultry, swine, and cattle. The set enables the preparation of homogeneous feeds according to an individual formula, ensuring precise dosing, efficient grinding, and uniform mixing of all ingredients.

The process begins with feeding grain into the ZB-2 feed hopper, from where the raw material goes to the KRAFT-55 hammer mill. The grinder equipped with a 55 kW motor achieves a capacity of up to 5 tons per hour, effectively grinding cereals as well as feed additives and premixes.

The ground material is transported to a storage cyclone with a capacity of 2 tons, mounted on a weighing system with load cells. This solution enables precise control of the amount of raw material and automatic monitoring of the filling process. The cyclone filtration system used reduces material losses by directing heavier particles back into the technological process.

An important advantage of the line is the use of a slide-gate cyclone discharge system. Thanks to this, while one batch of feed is being mixed, it is possible to simultaneously fill the cyclone with another portion of ground raw material, which significantly increases the efficiency of the entire production process.

The final stage takes place in the WIR-4000 DUO horizontal feed mixer with a capacity of 4000 liters. The machine is equipped with two gear motors with a power of 2 × 7.5 kW and two discharge augers driven by separate 0.55 kW motors. This solution ensures very accurate mixing of the components and quick discharge of the finished mixture to two receivers or subsequent stages of production.
