Mini Oil Pressing Line LPO-150

LPO-150 Mini Oil Pressing Line is a reliable and efficient technological solution designed for cold-press oil extraction. LPO-150 enables processing of up to 150 kg of seeds per hour while maintaining high quality of the resulting oil and press cake.

The line is designed for professional oil producers, farms, and food processing plants. The LPO-150 line enables comprehensive preparation of raw material for pressing—from seed grading and cleaning, through dehulling and conveying, to the pressing process in the oil press.

The primary raw materials processed on the LPO-150 are mainly sunflower seeds and soybeans, which, after completing the full processing cycle, yield top-quality oil and press cake suitable for further use.

The line includes, among others, belt and screw conveyors, a KZ-500 seed grader, an OS-500 dehuller with an SO-4 dust collector, and a WT-150 oil press. This ensures a smooth oil production process with full control at every stage.
