Mini Pellet Production Line MFP-1000

Mini Pellet Production Line MFP-1000 is a compact and fully functional technological line designed for the production of fuel pellets from wood waste and plant biomass. The installation enables efficient processing of sawdust, wood chips, cereal straw, sunflower husks, and other energy materials into high-quality fuel pellets.

The production line has a capacity of up to 1 tonne of pellets per hour.

Raw material requirements

Biomass intended for pellet production should be cleaned of impurities and properly shredded beforehand. The recommended particle size is:

• straw: 10-20 mm
• sawdust: up to 10 mm (thickness 4-5 mm)
• raw material moisture content: up to 45%

The system has been designed as a compact biomass pellet production line intended primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises. It is characterized by relatively low energy consumption, low operating costs, and a short return on investment.

The guaranteed production capacity starts from 500 kg/h, while in practice the production line achieves approximately 1 t/h of finished pellets made from sunflower husks.

The technological process begins with the preparation of sunflower husks. The raw material is fed into the shredder, where it is reduced to the required particle size. The processed material is then collected in the feed hopper, from which it is transferred for further pelletizing.

The main unit of the production line is the GTL-304D ring die pellet mill, where the shredded sunflower husks are compressed into pellets. The finished pellets are transported by conveyor to the GTO 7x8 cooler. Inside the cooler, the pellet temperature is reduced and the pellet structure is stabilized, providing the finished product with the required mechanical strength.

After cooling, the pellets are transferred to the GTP-1 screener, where high-quality pellets are separated from fine fractions. The cleaned product is then conveyed to the packaging line, where it is packed into big bags and subsequently transferred to the finished product warehouse.

Mini Pellet Production Line MFP-1000 can be used not only for pelletizing sunflower husks but also various other types of biomass, including wood waste, miscanthus, straw, grain processing residues, and similar plant-based raw materials.
