Mobile belt conveyor PTU-10

Mobile belt conveyor PTU-10 is a universal device intended for efficient transport of bulk materials and other loads within a farm, production plant or warehouse. The design equipped with wheels allows the conveyor's operating location to be changed quickly and its position to be adjusted to current loading or unloading needs.

Thanks to a 500 mm wide belt and an electric drive with a power of 2.2 kW, the PTU-10 ensures stable movement of material over a length of 10 meters. Depending on the type of transported product, the capacity of the device can be up to 11 t/h, which helps reduce the time needed to carry out handling operations.

Application of the PTU-10 conveyor

The mobile belt conveyor can be used for transporting grain, granulates, feed, bulk materials and other products requiring efficient movement between subsequent stages of the process. The device is used, among others, in agriculture, livestock farms, the food industry, production plants, warehouses, the wood industry and at facilities related to material handling.

The conveyor can improve both the loading and unloading of products, reducing the need for manual carrying. The mobile design allows one device to be used in different workplaces, without the need for permanent installation on one process line.

Mobile design

One of the most important features of the PTU-10 is the column-type mobile structure, which makes it easier to move the device around the plant area. Thanks to the use of wheels, the conveyor can be positioned in a place corresponding to the current requirements of the transport process.

This solution works especially well where the place of loading or receiving material changes frequently. The conveyor does not require permanent assignment to one workstation, thanks to which it can be used in various transport tasks.

Stable material transport

The conveyor belt with a width of 500 mm has been adapted for operation with different types of loads. The 2.2 kW drive works with a drive drum with a diameter of 158 mm, ensuring smooth belt movement and stable material feeding.

The rotational speed of the drum is 25 rpm. The capacity of the conveyor depends on the properties and type of the moved material and can reach up to 11 t/h.
