Mobile grain dryer ZS with Bucket Elevator is a modern device designed for the effective reduction of the moisture content of grains and oilseeds to a level enabling their safe and long-term storage. The dryer operates in a batch system with grain recirculation, which makes it possible to achieve uniform drying of the entire batch of material and high quality of the final product.

The model is equipped with a bucket elevator (noria), which automates the process of loading grain into the dryer. The use of this solution increases work efficiency, reduces operator involvement, and minimizes the risk of material damage during transport. The bucket elevator feeds grain in an even stream to the upper part of the dryer, ensuring continuity of the technological process.

During drying, hot air flows through the grain layer, gradually removing excess moisture. The operating parameters can be adjusted to the type of raw material, thanks to which the device is suitable for drying wheat, corn, barley, rye, oats, rapeseed, sunflower, and many other crops.

After the required moisture content has been reached, the material can be directed directly to storage or further transport. Depending on the type of grain and the initial moisture content, the device enables a reduction of moisture content by up to 6% per hour.

Operating principle

The bucket elevator transports grain from the feed hopper to the upper part of the dryer. Then the material is subjected to hot air, which flows through the entire grain layer, removing excess moisture. Thanks to the recirculation system, each batch of material repeatedly passes through the drying zone, which ensures uniform moisture reduction and high final quality.
