Feed Master 1000 – Professional Module for Groats and Feed Production

Feed Master 1000 is a compact, efficient, and multifunctional solution designed for industrial processing of grains such as wheat, barley, peas, and corn. The machine enables grinding, separation, and fractioning, ensuring high product quality in line with the requirements of today’s feed and food markets.

Operating Principle:

• The grain enters the hopper, where it is ground down to particles of ≤ 3 mm (wheat, barley) or ≤ 5 mm (corn).
• The meal is separated on a vibrating screen.
• Husks are removed via an aspiration channel immediately after meal separation.
• The groats are delivered to a two-sieve vibrating sorter, where they are divided into 3 fractions.

Production Capacity:

• Wheat groats: up to 950 kg/h
• Barley groats: up to 690 kg/h
• Corn groats: up to 990 kg/h

Final Yield (groat fractions):

• Wheat – up to 80%
• Barley – up to 63%
