GRK-200 Walnut Cracking Machine is a durable and reliable device for cracking walnuts at home and on farms. Walnuts are poured into the hopper, from where they move to the cracking shaft—the part of the machine equipped with special paddles. Thanks to this, there is no need to grade the nuts by size. The walnut is cracked by being compressed between the shaft and the machine’s wall. GRK-200 delivers a high percentage of whole halves—so-called butterflies—up to 70%.

The quality of walnut processing also depends on the quality of the nuts themselves—the larger the walnut and the thinner its shell, the more easily the shell cracks and the less the kernel is crushed.
