Operating principle

Pellet from the hopper is delivered to the burner via a screw feeder, where it is ignited on the grate. A blower fan supplies a controlled amount of air, which enables efficient combustion. The heat generated by the burner is transferred to the boiler, where it heats the water circulating in the heating system.
The entire process is supervised by an advanced controller by PLUM, which manages the air supply to the combustion chamber, pellet feeding, and water temperature.

• Ceramic combustion chamber in all burner models – ensures complete and high-quality fuel combustion by creating a thermal core. The heat is not transferred to the burner chamber, thus not damaging it, but remains inside the combustion chamber and acts as a kind of catalyst for complete fuel burnout. The flame from such a chamber is cleaner, and the amount of ash and clinkers from low-quality fuel is reduced.

The system enables the combustion of pyrolysis (pellet) gases released during pellet combustion, which helps reduce fuel consumption and minimize harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
• FKK ceramic igniter (Japan) – the best igniters available on the market. They work fast, are highly reliable, and have a long service life—over 10,000 ignitions.
• ESC (Easy Service Cleaning) – easy-access system for the combustion chamber and burner grate block for servicing or cleaning. No special tools required. The system allows you to clean the burner chamber without opening the boiler door, which is very convenient and saves time and effort.
• Fuzzy Logic – intelligent automatic burner power modulation system.
• Modern control system – the possibility to control the heating system and domestic hot water via the Internet or a smartphone app, intelligent weather-based control – all easily accessible with Domna burners.
• DSS (Domna Safety System) – multi-level burner safety system, which makes its operation pleasant and safe. Complies with all fire safety standards for solid fuel combustion.
