The DOMNA PRO-100 pellet burner is a professional heating device by TechnoMaszBud, designed for applications requiring high power and reliability. DOMNA PRO-100 is equipped with an automatic ignition system, advanced controller, and self-cleaning system, providing maximum user comfort and minimizing the need for service. An efficiency of up to 98% guarantees high energy performance and noticeable savings.

Operating principle

Pellets are transported to the burner via a screw feeder, where they are combusted on a special grate. A blower fan supplies the necessary amount of air, ensuring optimal combustion conditions. The heat generated in the burner is transferred to the boiler, which heats the water in the heating system. The entire process is controlled by a PLUM controller, which regulates temperature, pellet and air feed.

• Ceramic combustion chamber in all burner models – ensures complete and high-quality fuel combustion by generating a thermal core. The heat is not transferred to the burner's chamber, thus not damaging it, but remains inside the combustion chamber and acts as a specific catalyst for full fuel burn. The flame from such a chamber is cleaner, and the amount of ash and slag from low-quality fuel is reduced.
• Cast iron grates with lifetime warranty – they can be confidently described as "eternal" – they do not burn out or deform at high temperatures, unlike stainless steel or regular grates. Cast iron grates perfectly maintain the high temperature generated by the ceramic combustion chamber and work excellently together as a tandem.
• Cascade Cleaning System (CCS) – a cascade self-cleaning system for the grates, which distributes fuel evenly across the entire combustion area. It allows the use of lower-quality pellets and effectively removes ash and other combustion residues. Cascade cleaning is regarded in the market and by most equipment manufacturers as the most efficient and reliable. This system is used in all Domna burner models.
• Clever Air System (CAS) – an intelligent system for distributing primary and secondary air and proportionally mixing it with the fuel. This enables maximum combustion efficiency (98%) and operational stability. The system allows for the combustion of pyrolysis (pellet) gases released during pellet burning, which helps to reduce fuel consumption and minimizes harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
• FKK ceramic igniter (Japan) – the best igniters available on the market. They work quickly, are very reliable, and have a long service life – over 10,000 ignitions.
• ESC (Easy Service Cleaning) – an easy access system to the combustion chamber and burner grate block for service inspection and possible cleaning. No special tools are required. The system allows the chamber to be cleaned without opening the boiler door, which is very convenient and saves time and effort.
• Fuzzy Logic – intelligent automatic modulation of burner power.
• Modern control system – ability to manage the heating and domestic hot water system via the Internet or a mobile app, weather-based smart control – all of this is easily accessible with Domna burners.
• DSS (Domna Safety System) – a multi-level burner safety system that makes its use pleasant and safe. It meets all fire safety standards regarding the combustion of solid fuels.
• Low emissions – thanks to the ceramic combustion chamber, cast iron grates and CAS system, Domna burners emit much less harmful exhaust gases (CO, NOX, OGC) and dust into the atmosphere compared to solid fuel boilers and burners lacking these features.
