Operating Principle

Pellets enter the machine through the feed inlet located in the upper section of the housing. Inside the crumbler there is an adjustable gate that directs the product either onto the crushing rollers or bypasses the crushing zone.

The crushing process is performed by specially corrugated rollers whose surface ensures efficient gripping and crushing of pellets into the required particle size. The rollers are driven by an electric motor through a V-belt transmission.

Material Feeding System

To ensure even roller loading and stable machine operation, the crumbler is equipped with a feeder that evenly distributes the material across the entire width of the working area.

The feeder housing features a durable welded and bolted construction. The feeder drive consists of two geared motors providing precise and stable feeding of the product into the crushing process.
