PRIME-200 PTO-driven pellet mill / granulator is a reliable and efficient machine designed for pressing granulated animal feed and fuel pellets.
The PRIME-200 pellet production machine is adapted to work using the tractor’s power take-off (PTO) shaft, which allows it to be used in locations without access to the power grid.

Thanks to this, the granulator can be used directly in the field or at the farm where the raw material is located. The design ensures durability, high power even under load, and easy operation and maintenance.

PRIME-200 PTO-driven biomass granulator with a 216 mm die enables efficient processing of various types of biomass: hardwood and softwood sawdust, straw, hay, sunflower hulls, grain waste, as well as feed mixes and selected plastics (e.g., PVC, PP).

Thanks to the moving rollers, it is also possible to granulate more demanding, hard materials, which makes the PRIME-200 pellet and feed granulator a versatile and highly durable machine.

Thanks to its high performance and strong PTO drive, it is suitable for both feed production and fuel pellet production. 

Ease of operation and the wide range of raw materials it can process make the PRIME-200 PTO granulation press a reliable machine for both domestic and commercial use. The PTO drives the rollers via a gearbox and shaft. The rollers, pressed against the die, force the raw material into the die holes. The granulator is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with holes from 2 to 8 mm to choose from.
