Granulator / Pellet mill PRIME-400

PRIME-400 pellet mill - the newest and most powerful granulator from the PRIME series.

The pellet machine can be used as a stand-alone device, also as a component of the LDG-4000 KOMBI, LDG-4000 MAX+ granulation and

pellet production lines. This pellet making machine is highly powerful and durable and ensures uninterrupted operation for 2 shifts (16

hours).

The granulator is suitable for processing the following raw materials: sawdust, shavings of coniferous and deciduous trees, waste from

carpentry production, grain waste, feed mixtures with various compositions, including bran, PP and PVC, meal, sunflower husks, hay, straw,

herbs, etc. 

Efficiency:

Mixed feed – up to 500 kg/h;

Sawdust – up to 500 kg/h;

Straw / Hay - up to 400 kg/h;

Sunflower husk - up to 450 kg/h;

Grain waste - up to 550 kg/h.

Advantages of PRIME-400 granulator:

- rotating rollers;

- reliable gear in oil tank;

- possibility of pelleting sawdust from hard tree species.

Matrix:

- diameter: 400 mm;

- matrix consumption: avg. 70 tons (regeneration possible after use);

- material from which the matrices and rollers are made: 40 x hardened steel, 55 HRC.

The set includes a control panel with an ammeter and motor thermal protection.

The power cable is not included in the set.
