The set includes:
- 3 ZRP-GTSA moving floor bins ensuring uniform storage and feeding of raw materials
- a size reduction section equipped with automatic magnetic separators installed at every stage of material preparation
- an innovative raw material drying line ensuring high energy efficiency and enabling the production of light-colored pellets
- a pellet production line equipped with two high-performance GT-630D ring die pellet mills
- GTO-19x19 pellet cooler ensuring stabilization of the finished product parameters
- GTP-10 pellet screener designed to separate dust and fine fractions
- an automated control system enabling supervision of all technological processes
- an automatic packaging line reducing manual labor and increasing production efficiency
Pellet Production Line FP-5000 has been designed as a universal solution enabling the processing of several types of raw materials: miscanthus, straw, and wood chips. The finished pellets can be used as an alternative energy source both for the internal needs of an agricultural enterprise and for external customers.
The technological process includes several main stages: raw material preparation, size reduction, drying, pelletizing, cooling, screening, and packaging of the finished pellets.
Example of the technological process for producing pellets from miscanthus:
During the raw material preparation stage, miscanthus bales are fed into the GTX-3 straw shredder (optional equipment), where the material undergoes preliminary size reduction. The raw material is then transferred to the GTDM hammer mill (optional equipment), where it is ground to the required technological particle size. After grinding, the material is stored in the ZRP-GTSA moving floor bin, from where it is conveyed to the dryer (optional equipment).
Drying takes place in the GTSK-06/8 belt dryer. The system consists of a heat generator, a mixing chamber, and a convection drying installation. The unit operates continuously, is fully automated, and equipped with the necessary sensors to ensure safe and stable operation.
After reaching the required moisture content, the raw material is transferred to another ZRP-GTSA moving floor bin intended for dried material. It is then fed into the hopper of the pellet mill, from where, through the feeder and mixer, the material is supplied directly to the GT-500D ring die pellet mill.
The actual pelletizing process takes place in the GT-500D ring die pellet mills. Finished pellets leaving the pellet mills are transported by conveyor to the GTO 10x14 cooler. In the cooler, the pellets are cooled and achieve the required mechanical strength.
After cooling, the pellets are directed to the GTI screener, where the finished product is separated from fine fractions. Fine particles are returned to the pelletizing process, while the finished pellets are transferred to the packaging section. The product can be packed both into bags and big bags before being sent to the finished goods warehouse.
The production line is supplied as a turnkey project, including equipment selection, installation, adjustment, commissioning, and customer personnel training. The entire system is fully automated and designed for continuous 24/7 operation.
The production capacity depends on the type of processed raw material. Thanks to its universal configuration, the production line can be used for pellet production from various types of biomass, ensuring stable operation and efficient utilization of agricultural and wood waste.
