Description

Pellet production line LDG-4000 KOMBI PRO – a modern technological complex designed for the production of fuel pellets, pelleted feed, and biomass granulates with a capacity of up to 750 kg/h, depending on the type of processed raw material.

Thanks to the use of the more efficient PRIME-400 PRO pellet mill with a power of 45 kW, the line ensures even higher capacity, process stability, and the ability to work with a wide range of materials. The unit has been designed for enterprises that expect high efficiency, reliability, and low operating costs.

Pellet production line LDG-4000 KOMBI PRO is designed for the production of fuel pellets, pelleted feed, and biomass granulates. It performs excellently in farms, sawmills, woodworking plants, companies involved in biomass recycling, and enterprises producing solid fuels.

The entire granulation process includes raw material preparation, its feeding to the pellet mill, granule formation, cooling, and cleaning of the finished product. All elements of the line work together, ensuring stable, continuous, and efficient pellet production.

High operating efficiency is ensured by the cooperation of key components: screw feeder, moistening system, PRIME-400 PRO pellet mill, calibrator-cooler, aspiration system, and control panel. A line configured in this way allows high quality of the finished product to be obtained while maintaining repeatable production parameters.

The heart of the line is the PRIME-400 PRO pellet mill

The most important element of the entire set is the PRIME-400 PRO pellet mill. After many hours of testing and numerous design modernizations, the unit achieves a capacity of up to 750 kg of pellets per hour. The use of a 45 kW motor, four working rollers with a diameter of 178 mm, and a die with a diameter of 400 mm makes it possible to obtain very high pressing pressure and stable operation even with demanding raw materials.

As standard, the pellet mill is equipped with one die, the hole diameter of which is selected by the customer. Dies intended for the production of pellets with a diameter of 6 mm or 8 mm are available. The thickness of the working channels is selected individually to the type of processed material.

Thanks to the high pressing force and four movable rollers, PRIME-400 PRO enables granulation of both softwood and hardwood sawdust. In addition to wood biomass, the unit also handles the granulation of sunflower husk, straw, and many other plant materials very well. In the case of feed production, it is sufficient to use an appropriate die adapted to the given type of raw material.

We also offer assistance in selecting the line configuration, its installation, commissioning, and achieving maximum production capacity.

Construction and components

  1. Screw feeder PS-200 PRO (1.5 kW, 1 m³) – is responsible for the even feeding of raw material to the pellet mill, ensuring the stability of the granulation process.
  2. LDG injection moistening system with stand – enables precise dosing of moisture, improving pressing conditions and the quality of the finished pellet.
  3. PRIME-400 PRO pellet mill (45 kW) – equipped with a Ø400 mm die, four working rollers, and two cutting knives. Ensures capacity of up to 750 kg/h of pellets.
  4. Pellet calibrator-cooler KC-300 (0.37 kW) – is responsible for cooling the granulate, separating dust, and stabilizing the finished product.
  5. SO-2 extraction system (1.5 kW) – removes dust generated during the production process, improving the cleanliness of the workstation and the safety of the operator.
  6. Line control panel – enables convenient control of all subassemblies and monitoring of the operating parameters of the entire set.
  7. Frequency inverter – ensures smooth motor start-up, adjustment of rotational speed, overload protection, and optimization of energy consumption.
The belt conveyor and connection lines are not included in the standard set.

The line has been designed for efficient production of fuel pellets and biomass granulates. The achieved output depends on the type of raw material, its moisture content, degree of grinding, and the die used.
