PRIME-200 PRO pellet mill / granulator is a compact and efficient machine designed for producing top-quality fuel pellets. The key differences between the PRIME-200 and the PRIME-200 PRO are a more powerful motor, an improved roller design, and the use of a frequency inverter (VFD), which positively affects this model’s performance. A 1500 rpm motor drives the rollers via a gearbox and shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the raw material through the die holes. The granulator is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with holes from 2 to 8 mm to choose from.

PRIME-200 PRO pellet production machine is equipped with a 15 kW motor and 148 mm moving rollers, which ensure high efficiency when pelletizing various raw materials.

PRIME-200 PRO biomass granulator with a 216 mm die enables efficient processing of softwood sawdust, hardwood sawdust, straw, hay, sunflower husks, as well as other plant-based materials.

Thanks to the increased roller diameter and high pressing pressure, it is also possible to pelletize more difficult, harder materials. This makes the PRIME-200 PRO biomass pellet granulator an exceptionally versatile and very robust machine.
