PRIME-200 PRO - is a pellet mill with a capacity of up to 220 kilograms per hour. With a durable 15 kW motor and rollers with a diameter of 148 mm, the PRIME-200 PRO handles various raw materials. The die installed in the pellet mill has a diameter of 216 mm. The pellet mill is normally supplied with one die, the hole size of which is chosen by the buyer. Options are available for 6 mm and 8 mm pellets with various thicknesses (depending on the raw material).

Thanks to the powerful motor installed in the granulator and the movable pressing rollers, the PRIME-200 PRO can process not only coniferous sawdust but also deciduous sawdust. Pine sawdust is most commonly used for producing heating pellets because it contains a lot of lignin, which is a special adhesive substance. Deciduous wood practically contains no lignin, but the PRIME-200 PRO pellet mill generates high pressure under the rollers, allowing for effortless pressing of deciduous wood sawdust. Additionally, the PRIME-200 PRO granulator can be used to produce pellets from sunflower husks and various types of straw. You just need to equip yourself with a few dies: one for feed and one for pellets.
