Pelletizer / Granulator PRIME-400 for PTO

Pelletizer / Granulator PRIME-400 for PTO is a versatile machine designed both for producing pelleted feed and eco-friendly fuel pellets. It enables processing sawdust, hay, straw, seed husks, and many other bulk raw materials.

For feed production you can use ready-made mixes or create your own formulas tailored to the needs of specific animal species. Grass, hay, straw, millet husks, and other additives can be incorporated into the pellets. Pelletizing from a single ingredient only is also possible, e.g., straw or hay alone.

Conifer sawdust is most often used; thanks to its high lignin content it compacts more easily and requires less pressure. Hardwood, with a lower lignin content, requires greater drive power. Therefore, the Granulator PRIME-400 for PTO is equipped with a robust gearbox, movable rollers, and an 80-liter oil tank—enabling continuous operation under heavy load.

Capacity:

• Pine sawdust—up to 500 kg/h;

• Husks—up to 500 kg/h. That’s not all—the capacity depends on the proper particle size and moisture level of the raw material.

Optionally, the granulator can be equipped with a hopper guard and a discharge chute cover.
