Pet food production extruder ESK-50

The ESK-50 extruder is an advanced device dedicated to the production of feed for domestic and farm animals such as dogs, cats, fish, goats, and cows.

The extrusion technology used in the device has been enhanced by the use of special electric heaters that maintain a constant temperature in the working area. This ensures uniform operation and very high quality of the final product.

The device is equipped with an automatic system for regulating the volume of raw material feed as well as interchangeable dies that allow for the production of feed in various shapes (triangle, circle, heart) and sizes (from 1 to 20 mm). Thanks to the presence of cutting knives, it is possible to precisely control the length of the granules. The dry feed obtained from the ESK-50 production process is a product rich in nutritional value and easy to store.

The set includes three dies: with round, heart, and triangle-shaped holes.
