FP-10 Plate Filter with Self-Priming Pump is a compact filtration device designed for filtering liquids, specifically vegetable oils, wines, and other food and industrial products. With a capacity of up to 25 liters per hour, it meets the needs of small businesses and home production. The pump's design enables it to work in the presence of air bubbles, ensuring stable and continuous operation. 

Important for the food industry: all components in contact with liquids are made from chemically and mechanically resistant materials approved for food contact.

The FP-10 filtration block holds 10 filter plates arranged in parallel, enhancing filtration efficiency. The filter is equipped with an Italian-made rotary-piston pump (ROVER POMPE SNC, NOVAX technology), which, thanks to a special star-shaped impeller, allows the liquid to flow in both directions. Optimum filtration of vegetable oils occurs when using cartridges with a permeability of 45 microns at a temperature of 35°C. 

A manometer installed before the filtration block allows for monitoring pressure and cartridge condition – when the pressure rises, cartridges need replacement. It's possible to expel air from the hose between the pump and filtration block. This also allows the pump to be used for transferring liquids.
