Portable Grain Stirrer ZM-1

ZM-1 mobile grain mixer has been designed to mix and ventilate grain in flat-storage warehouses, where the layer reaches a maximum height of 1 meter. The auger mechanism transports grain from the bottom to the top, ensuring thorough mixing and optimal storage conditions. Once started, the motor sets the auger in motion; it submerges into the grain and then, in the vertical position, begins moving through the entire mass. This eliminates clumped areas and protects against excessive heating and grain self-heating.

Operating principle:

1. Place the ZM-1 grain mixer horizontally on the grain pile.
2. Select the auger length so that in the vertical position it does not touch the floor.
3. Switch on the agitator while standing on the motor side.
4. After startup, the auger will automatically drill into the grain.
5. When the auger reaches the vertical position, the agitator will begin moving and processing the grain pile.
