Portable Grain Stirrer ZM-2

ZM-2 portable grain mixer is a device designed for efficient mixing and aeration of grain in flat storage facilities with a layer height of up to 2 meters. Thanks to the action of the agitator auger, grain from the lower sections is brought to the top, ensuring uniform mixing and better storage conditions.

The device works so that after the drive is started, the auger enters the grain, and once it reaches a perpendicular position it moves across the entire pile. In this way it removes compaction and prevents overheating and self-heating of grain.

Operating principle:

1. Select the auger length so that in the vertical position it does not touch the ground.
2. Place the ZM-2 grain mixer horizontally on the grain pile.
3. Switch on the agitator while standing on the motor side.
4. After start-up, the auger will automatically drill into the grain.
5. When the auger reaches the vertical position, the agitator will begin to move and process the grain pile.
